Golf Cart Decorations for Halloween
One holiday that is perfect for decorating your golf cart is Halloween.
If you live in a neighborhood with hills, a golf cart can be the perfect way to get around on Halloween night! No more having to carry your kids home when you’ve walked just a little too far.
Worried about those electric batteries? Don’t! They will last all night.
That is a great reason to have an all-electric golf cart on Halloween! That sugar crash is real and a golf cart can make getting home easier. All parents want that!
But how can you take your golf cart up a notch on Halloween?
You can decorate your golf cart with spooky lights and decorations to make it look like a Haunted House on wheels!
An easy and fun way to decorate your golf cart is to turn your cart into a “Purple People Eater!”
You can do this easily by utilizing purple cloth and ribbon to first get the purple look.
Concentrate the ribbon around the front of the golf cart to frame the face. Next, you’ll just need some simple craft supplies and posterboard to create teeth, eyes, and a horn.
Secure all of it in the appropriate places and you’ve got yourself a fun design to show off.
Decorating for Christmas
Another great holiday for decorating your golf cart is Christmas.
You can deck out your golf cart with Christmas lights and décor to add some extra festive cheer to your neighborhood.
This is also a great way to show off your holiday spirit if you participate in any parades or events with your golf cart.
Looking for a simple and fun idea that is sure to get attention? How about turning your cart into Rudolph!
This is a simple and effective way to showcase your Christmas spirit without having to expend too much effort. Some simple brown cloth on the body and top of your cart can serve as Rudolph’s fur.
Next, add some lights around your cart. You will then need to create some horns. This is very easily done with some carefully picked sticks and some tape (feel free to string some lights in the horns).
Okay, you’re almost done!
You’ll need some posterboard and basic craft supplies to make eyes, a golden bell, and a collar for your cart’s front.
Add some ears if you want to! Once this is done you just have to add the finishing touch. A red nose!
This is best done by stuffing a bright and shiny cloth with cotton and securing it to the front of the cart.
Now, you’re done. It’s time to sit back, relax, and show off your Christmas spirit!
4th of July Decorations for The Beach
If you’re looking for decoration ideas for the Fourth of July, look no further. We’ve got you covered.
Many people like to use their golf carts in 4th of July parades.
Electric Golf carts are perfect for parades because they are quiet and can even pull a trailer. You can decorate your golf cart with patriotic flags and banners to show your support for America.
For the 4th of July, all you’ll need is American flags, red, white, and blue streamers, some poster board, simple arts and crafts supplies, and some colored lights if you’re feeling extra!
Place all the flags you want around your cart. Cut out some stars using the posterboard and make them red, white, and blue if needed.
Use some glitter to really make them pop and put them over your rims!
A fun way to make your cart stand out is to use the posterboard to make some cylinders, then add some triangular pieces around the top. Be sure the triangular pieces can be rolled around the top of the cylinder shape. Add glitter and designs.
Now you’ve got some fireworks on top of your cart!
You may be thinking you’re done, but not yet!
If you’ve got a trailer for your cart, you can decorate it, but how about throwing in an inflatable Statue of Liberty with an American flag on it.
Add your lights and then it’s time to go turn some heads!
Did we mention our carts are made in the USA?
Using LED Lights for Mardi Gras
Finally, if you’re looking for a way to add some extra fun to Mardi Gras, consider decorating your golf cart in festive colors.
You can add beads, feathers, and other decorations to make your golf cart stand out from the rest.
Be sure to have plenty of beads on hand so that you can share the wealth with those who catch a ride in your decorated golf cart!
If you’re looking for a decoration idea, we’ve got one.
Feathers, beads, streamers, balloons, and any signs you want to create will be a great addition.
Just be sure they are in all the festive colors!
If you’re looking for something to go on top of your cart, why not use an oversized colorful hat with bells fastened to it?
The real kicker of this design is that the front of your cart will be made to look like a – Masquerade mask!
This may sound complicated, but it really isn’t. You can use cardboard or plywood; the choice is yours.
If you use plywood, you’ll need to use some foam wrapping to protect your cart. If you’re afraid you may damage your cart, use cardboard.
You’ll have to cut your preferred material into a design. You can look at some masks and draw your own and then cut out the design.
Designs are pretty simple and not too difficult to recreate. Feel free to buy one if you’ve got the extra cash!
Once everything is done, you’re ready to party!
How do you make your decorations stay in place?
To make sure your decorations stay on your cart, you can use wire twist-ties to fasten garlands at Christmas and streamers for the Fourth of July.
If you have bigger ornaments, try using baling wire or zip ties.
If you plan to hang lights from the roof of a golf cart, you can utilize clips commonly employed to showcase Christmas lights on house gutters.
We really just want you to have fun! And start some conversations. Use those decorations to give your cart some custom upgrades!
