Returns and Refunds

Please review your invoice carefully. All products are custom made in Tennessee. If any corrections are needed, please let us know in writing within 72 hours. All payments are non-refundable, and all orders are final once placed. Any order cancelled within the first 72 hours will be charged a 25% restocking fee which can be used towards a future purchase for up to 1 year. If you choose to cancel your order after the item has shipped, you will be responsible for shipping charges of $1,000 plus 25% of the total invoice to cover costs incurred on your behalf.

Manufacturing and/or shipping delays are possible and estimated lead times may vary, though without any impact on these terms. In addition, we are unable to hold sold units at our stores for more than 45 days due to space limitations. If you selected home delivery or store pickup, your sales representative will be in touch with you to arrange for delivery. If you anticipate you may not be ready to take delivery of your unit for some time into the future, please alert your sales representative as soon as possible so we can delay the production and shipment of your unit from our factory.
