Returns and Refunds

All our carts are manufactured in the USA, if you want to cancel your order, you must email us within 72 hours. It’s also a good idea to contact your sales representative to confirm the cancellation has been received.

If you choose to cancel your order after 72 hours, you will be charged 25% restocking fee which can be used towards a future purchase for up to 1 year.

If you choose to cancel your order after the item has shipped, you will be responsible for shipping charges of $1,000 plus 25% of the total invoice to cover costs incurred on your behalf.

All payments are non-refundable, and all orders are final once placed.

Please note that manufacturing and/or shipping delays may occur, and estimated lead times are subject to change without affecting the terms of this agreement. Additionally, due to limited storage space, we are unable to hold purchased units at our stores for more than 45 days
