Got our FF6 on NYE, Eve and while the wait was no fun, the delivered product makes it worth the wait. We have already enjoyed the carts outstanding qualities that sets it apart from all the others we researched. We could not be happier and without Brandon Campbell, we would not have had the excellent support in decision making, manufacturing updates and final delivery, I’m sure. Brandon, like our delivered cart, is exceptional. He always, and I mean always, answered our many questions while making our decision to purchase and continued to provide timely updates and product answers after the sale. I highly recommend Brandon if you’re looking for a knowledgeable and responsive partner during your purchase and beyond. He even answers quickly on his days off (and once when he was out sick), always going above and beyond. He may not have 100% of the answers but the 1 - 2% he doesn’t, he finds the answer and responds quickly.
