Why the change
Cart Nation was built around one category: golf carts. But our stores carry more than that today. Hot tubs, swim spas, pontoons, UTVs. The Cart Nation name told part of the story. Whisper Outdoor tells the whole thing.
It’s also the same brand you’ll see on the golf carts themselves — Whisper is our factory-direct manufacturer — so the store name, the product brand, and the website now all line up.
What’s actually changing — and what isn’t

- The store name. Cart Nation signage is being replaced with Whisper Outdoor.
- The expanded website — WhisperOutdoor.com— carries the full product lineup: golf carts, UTVs, pontoons, spas, swim spas, and cold plunges.

- The stores. Same locations, same staff, same phone numbers.
- The golf cart lineup. Every Whisper cart you know — the W2, W5, W7, Halo, FF4, and every variant — is still here. Same specs, same customization options, same factory-direct pricing.
- GolfCarts.com. This site stays live as our dedicated golf cart destination. If you’re here to shop carts, compare models, or download a coupon, nothing about that experience changes.
- Factory-direct pricing. Still no middleman, still the same savings passed through to you.
- Financing. In-House Financing (up to 84 months, all credit types) and Wells Fargo stay exactly as they were. Promotional 0% APR offers continue when available.
- Service, parts, and warranty support on every cart you’ve ever bought from us.
What Whisper Outdoor adds
At Cart Nation, you came in for a golf cart. At Whisper Outdoor, that’s still the main event — but the same store, the same financing application, and the same sales team can also put you in a UTV, a hot tub, or a pontoon if you want one.
If you don’t, that’s fine. The golf cart business we built is the golf cart business we’re keeping. The name on the door is just catching up to everything else we sell.
If you’re an existing Cart Nation customer
- Your warranty is unchanged.
- Your financing account with In-House Finance or Wells Fargo is unchanged.
- Your local store is the same store. Same address, same phone, same people.
- When you call, you’ll hear us answer as Whisper Outdoor. It’s the same business.

No. The company, the factory, the stores, and the carts are all the same. The brand name on the storefront is being updated to Whisper Outdoor.
Will GolfCarts.com still work?
Yes. GolfCarts.com remains fully operational as our dedicated golf cart site. Bookmarks and saved links continue to work. The full model lineup, pricing, and configurator stay where they are.
Is my cart’s warranty affected?
No. Every warranty issued under Cart Nation remains in full effect and is honored by Whisper Outdoor. There is nothing you need to do.
What about my financing?
Unchanged. In-House Finance and Wells Fargo accounts continue as-is. Payment terms, due dates, and account numbers stay the same.
Is my local store moving?
No. Every Cart Nation location is becoming a Whisper Outdoor location at the same address, with the same staff and the same phone number. Only the name and signage change. Over time, our showrooms will get bigger and better to showcase more of our factory-direct, Whisper Outdoor product lines.
Why rebrand now?
Our stores carry more than golf carts today. Bringing everything under Whisper Outdoor — the same name on the carts themselves — makes it simpler to shop, finance, and service every product we sell.
Are prices or promotions changing?
No. Factory-direct pricing continues. Seasonal sales, coupons, and promotional financing (including 0% APR when offered) continue on the same cadence.
Where do I go for parts, service, or accessories?
Same place you always have — your local store, now operating as Whisper Outdoor. Parts, service, and accessory support continue without interruption.
